About Yesenia Nelson,

I’m Yesenia Nelson, co-founder of Seven Figure Agency, the mastermind that has helped 197 digital marketing agencies grow past seven figures. I also co-founded Plumbing & HVAC SEO, the niche agency I built with my husband Josh and our business partner Dean Iodice.
I am the systems half of the partnership. Josh owns the growth strategy. I own the operating side: the leadership team, the onboarding and retention processes, the culture, and the live events where owners finally stop consuming and start implementing.
From humble beginnings in Miami, I met Josh at seventeen and have built everything with him since. I am a trained educator who later worked inside a Fortune 500 organization, so I teach for a living and I build systems that hold under pressure.
